Bathroom refurbishment
A complete bathroom refurbishment, from stripping out the existing finishes to a freshly tiled room with a bath and shower, fitted vanity unit and coordinated black fittings.
Chiswick · Bedroom refurbishment
The ageing lath-and-plaster ceiling was taken down to expose the structure. The joists were strengthened where required, the ceiling reboarded and plastered, then the bedroom redecorated with the recessed lighting reinstated.
Walthamstow · Cloakroom
An awkward, all-white space was reworked into a practical cloakroom with far more character, while preserving access to the services behind the walls.
Finsbury Park · Outdoor space
The deteriorated surface was removed, the timber subframe rebuilt and new deck boards installed to make the balcony practical, tidy and ready to enjoy.
Mile End · Shower enclosure
The old sliding enclosure was removed and the shower tray lifted so the supporting base could be rebuilt. The tray was refitted and a new hinged glass enclosure installed for a cleaner, more practical shower.
Brixton · Leak repair
A leak behind the shower tiles had caused damage to the bathroom floor and the property below. The pipework was accessed and repaired before the surrounding finish was carefully reinstated.
